I was going to ask where this was taken...but, I see in your tags that it is Glacier NP. One of the many places on my "must see" list!! Gorgeous shot, David!!

I live so close and yet I have never entered this park. Thank you for the great shots David.
David Bearden replied:
Al, it is Spring and all the flowers are blooming and the falls are roaring...a great time to go to the Park...go soon....

Beautiful color, motion, and energy from the rocks and flowing water. I imagine you could feel the energy of this place, and it shows in this capture! I feel energy coming out of those rocks.
David Bearden replied:
Patricia, thank you for visiting...yes, it was a hike to get back to this spot and the sound of the water over the edge was audible long before it came into view...I was there is September and had this kind of rushing water...I can only imagine the sound and fury of a spring visit would be like...
David Bearden
Ann, I would love to see this area in spring when the winter snow runoff occurs, this was taken in September so there was not as much water in the falls as in the spring...just the same there is a lot of water...
David Bearden
Lenore, thank you very much...I am envious of those of you who live in the west...there is so much to appreciate that reflects eons of change and tells a great history of this planet...
