Randy, thank you very much...I have heard noises the last few nights so am hoping mom and dad are returning to raise a new crop this winter...

This is just so adorable and eye catching, David! I love owls, and these young owlets are so precious. You capture the true essence of this family of our fine feathered friends! Thanks for sharing!
Lori Pagliaro

Emna Bonano
Hi David, how is our beautiful owls........ We all love them!!!!!!
David Bearden replied:
Emna, doing great today...Mom fed them twice already so their tummies are full and their feathers are puffy since the rain went away...
Lenore Senior
This is a great shot, David! It almost looks like the one tree branch is holding the babies. Agree with Robert, the "babies" look huge!
David Bearden replied:
Lenore, thank you...when you look at "Wetheads" you can see their size when wet...they have really puffed out with their pre-feathers drying...
Robert Frederick
Or! You name them after the 1st and 2nd place winners of the contest...?
David Bearden replied:
Robert, even better idea...it is so fascinating to be able to sit in a chair and watch them...
Robert Frederick
She certainly knows you're there. What was on the menu tonight? They look gigantic already! Have a contest to name them.
David Bearden replied:
Robert...good idea...was going to go with Will and Kate but not sure they are boy and girl although one is much bigger than the other...not sure what she was feeding them but it was long and sinewy so I image a rabbit had a really bad day...
